LEADERSHIP
TRAINING
We understand the significance of providing leadership skills for our future leaders. The mission of our leadership training program is to empower girls by strategically preparing them for management roles in diverse fields, while strengthening basic competencies and skill abilities toward leadership. Proper foundational leadership skills are critical in developing effective leaders. These skills include, but are not limited to, developing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, being decisive, having a customer centered attitude, solving problems and managing finances while having a clear view of self-direction. The C.A.M.P. Leadership Program prepares teen girls ages 14-18 for positions as team leaders, supervisors, and managers by teaching and strengthening basic competencies and leadership skills.

C.A.M.P. leadership training is structured around eight weeks of one-day seminars in a classroom-like setting. Professional experts in various fields train the next generation of female leaders. These teams of professionals seek to strengthen leadership, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills; stimulate commitment to personal development; and provide a forum for exploring and addressing current issues that leaders most often face in workplace, school, church and the community. The leadership program is for girls ages 14-18. Each C.A.M.P girl will work in a designated group and mentor/life coach during the training sessions to encourage and empower self-worth. Each teen girl will receive a leadership certificate after completing the seminar course.
